Long-Term Vision
At the end of the war against insurgency the Armed Forces Casualty Trust Fund shall serve the permanent purpose of attending to the needs of officers and men of the Armed Forces who suffer incapacitation and families of their colleagues who die on account of their involvement in any internal or external security operation, including personnel who die by domestic accident or by land (vehicular), air (flight) or sea (boat/ship) accident while in uniform. This is to continually boost the morale of serving officers and men of the Armed Forces to take pride in their sacrifices and loyalty to the nation.
